      Pros

      Some teams are staffed with good people who care about each other, mainly at the lower levels.

      Cons

      Discrimination is rampant which is ironic given how much leadership rams diversity down everyone's throat. Impossible to get anything done because so many managers are self important corporate drones who just want to listen to themselves talk and won't deign to work with you if you're not their bff. Low pay, no work/life balance. Opportunities exist for career progression. If you want to sell your soul that is. And if you don't get laid off as you climb the ladder.

      Good pay and lower stress for young engineers and recent grads. Generally good culture and nice employees

      Cons

      Personally not the best development opportunity in my experience. Some groups have a revolving door which make it hard to do work or learn
