      Pros

      - Great benefits and bonuses - certain departments allow for good work/life balance - clear paths to promotional opportunities

      Cons

      - Salaries are low and they try to make up for it with bonuses - HR would rather let skilled employees leave than pay them slightly more to keep them -lots of turnover from GREAT engineers due to salary issues

      Pros

      The best reason to work here is to use it as a jump pad so you can work for a company who has actual policies that reflect the current state of the world.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is forcing people back to the office, while productivity is up, morale is up, and people are happy working from home. Get out now, it will only get worse. Zero respect for their subordinates who wish to remain working from home.
