      Terrible culture & they will cheat you out of your bonus.

      Pros

      Good location in downtown Baltimore.

      Cons

      There was no standardization of processes, little to no formal onboarding, highly limited job training, and if you resign, they will not pay the annual bonus that is part of your compensation package.

      Pros

      Great compensation once you reach the senior manager level. The utilities are great to work for as they are operated separately and have a very ethical culture with lots of long time employees. Sincerely dedicated to diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Exelon Corporate is the usual mess of low talent overpaid people who spend 99% of the time playing politics and 1% of their time doing their actual job. Work for one of the utilities just not corporate- it’s like trying to do business in a high school lunch room.
