      Pay is higher than average. Benefits are great. There are opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Management training is mostly a trial and error experience. Not very formal or complete.

      They own every hour ,day of the week

      Some of the benefits are ok.

      Cons

      As a lineman in the overhead (or crew leader, OES, troubleman) you don't really have any non work hours. They pay you while your there and discipline you if you don't come in on you days off weekends and even vacation. The place sucked

      Great salary and benefits. Great 401k match, interesting work

      Cons

      too many chiefs, not enough Indians. very little support from HR. complaints go unheard and unresolved.
