Pros

Good starting pay, ok benefits, bonus program while it lasts.

Cons

Impossible to advance if you are not a part of the "click". Management protects their own and moves the inadequate manager to other teams as others are constantly warned of possible outsourcing and job cuts, all while telling you not to tell anyone. Diversity and Inclusion in the public eye is above all else. While basically telling you that everyone is racist on team calls. Change your job title to justify reducing your pay and not able to earn more based on the new job title they gave you. I was employed for over 7 years at the same position with zero opportunities to advance or offers, while friends of managers get promoted and moved around to higher paying positions.

People oriented Company, however there are some drawbacks, as with any company.

Pros

People company, everything they did was for the people in mind; be it disciplinary process to development. HR on the other hand had no development for those outside of the 'clique'.

Cons

as long as you have a "sponsor" you'll do well at this company. HR was too cliquish
