Business Outlook
Pros
A vast improvement from my previous place of employment in terms of morale, career opportunity, support from management, encouragement from peers, innovation, and the list goes on... Not to mention, the hybrid work structure (2 days in office, 3 days remote) is a dramatic upgrade for my family life. I can't say enough about how excited I am to be a part of my team and this company. Onward and upward!
Cons
Some of the programs and processes are a little outdated and cumbersome but it seems that improvements and upgrades are on the way so hopefully that helps the day to day work flow. Also, the office I work in is a little outdated and stuffy.
