      Pros

      Excellent working environment with leaders that believe I their subordinates. Great pay and schedule flexibility are also a huge plus!

      Cons

      I couldn't really find many bad things to say about this company. Management is adequate at worst, and positive attitudes are emphasized.

      Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      Benefits and pay are great, but being able to hear on a daily basis that you are a valued employee and that you are being appreciated are something much more valuable to me, personally. Definitely a place where your ideas and concerns count. You can feel comfortable in the office, and knowing that you're appreciated makes you work that much harder.

      Cons

      Being fairly new to the company, i dislike the idea of not being able to communicate with someone directly - i need to hand over an email to my manager, get it approved by their manager, and then maybe send it to the person i needed to contact - these things take time, as everyone is busy, which later leads to more confusion and nothing gets done efficiently, in my opinion. Too much hierarchy to go through to get a question answered.

      Awesome Company!!

      Pros

      There is always opportunity for growth within the company. As an employee you receive great benefits and are compensated very well. There is a good work life balance in most roles.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours are required during month end closes. "Teams" host very few events to meet and interact with other coworkers. Collaboration could bring about more positive energy in the workplace.
