      Good pay, nice benefits! Tons of PTO They cater alot and provide food vendors everyday, and always are doing raffles for prizes, good management, and nice environment

      Cons

      Feeling like you can lose your job at any moment, the entire company is based of agent stats which grinds my gears cause not everyone is the same... training is a mess. Cant feel like you can ask questions without being dumb. Wish communication was better with agents as well.
