Pros

- New CEO is Jason Grubb... Seems like a nice guy - Some awesome coworkers

Cons

- Leadership not listening to experienced manager - Serious issues around HR, Office culture, Racism - VP's and above think they are running a global company barely talk to employees - Roles and Responsibilities are not defined - everything is an escalation - Current employees do not get promoted - Executives bring in there friends ( Blackstone keeps changing everyone )

Cons

Constant Change, Pay plan changes are constant for sales team. No stability always feel like you wont have a job tomorrow.
