      Not micromanaged Management was flexible with schedules

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments Lack of leadership Inexperience e Management Leading roles were filled based on who you knew, not your experience. Management would withhold communication vital to the team Performance reviews were done base on management opinion instead of metrics.

      Pros

      Was a great place to work. Experience meant something and people trusted each other. It will succeed in my opinion, but at a great price of negative culture.

      Cons

      It quickly turned negative, and feerful. People are worried about making mistakes. No trust, and what did exist is going away.
