Many smart people, they usually hire capable personnel. Modern technology, lots of implemented automation. I feel like upper management really cares about people. One of the best C-levels human beings I ever met !

Pros

The corporate team is very relational and make an easy work environment. I have my occasional frustrations but I can tell they truly care as a company more than most other employers.

Cons

The executive team is very decisive and reactive to the day-to-day operations of the company. They do struggle with communication as it gets past down to middle and lower management. Changes can get difficult to navigate because they seem reactionary to operational problems rather than strategic.
