      Its great you get PTO, But darn they won't even let you take your PTO. See everyone is walking out. The stress is unbearable. Even a robot would have broke down. I don't understand why they even offer PTO. They really don't like to promote within the company. They give you all kinds of excuses why. They change the policies on a daily basis. No one can work under that kind of stress. Even a robot would have broke down,

      Decent compensation and decent PTO.

      Cons

      HR runs over everyone and believe they are the elite. They refuse to follow business processes and want everything done their way. The company does not want innovation or new ideas. They frown upon anyone willing to stand up for their work life balance and are strict about the working from home policy in corporate functions. This place is an absolute mess. The turnover at corporate is not normal. You can only hide things for so long before people find out.
