Pros

Good hearted well-meaning frontline associates. They supply a necessary service for those who can only qualify for sub-prime auto financing.

Cons

Lack of expertise at the leader level.(Director - SVP) I felt at times they were just guessing at strategy. There is no training. You have to figure it out and there is no reward for gritting through the learning curve. My manager had never attended any type of leadership training and by her actions, it was obvious. She would "throw ideas against the wall to see what would stick." Even with her team member's having greater experience, she would not listen to our advice because she was a "Director". I noticed the talented people quickly left Exeter while those with fewer career options or experience stuck it out.

Pros

Corporate office location is good. Reasonable benefits and pay. Few positives. 17th and 18th floors. Good view, you can work remotely sometimes.

Cons

Everything else except the location. Join if you can play politics and merge with those negative and deceiving minds. You cannot survive of you want to fair.

Worst Place to Work

Pros

The pay isn't terrible. The building is really nice. I love the color scheme. It was neat that they had food vendors come.

Cons

This place is the most unprofessional place I've worked for don't let the appearance fool you because it fooled me. The policy is per supervisor. They do everything to make sure you don't receive a bonus. I hated this place I would NEVER refer this place to anyone. When the VP of collections quits that says a lot. Now the manager is was a pleasant person, and also a few of the supervisors but the rest were like high-school girls even the some of the males.
