Pros

Given all resources to be successful including training and call calibration with management.

Cons

Like any collections position challenges will be presented, but again the leadership in place will give you every opportunity to learn and be successful.

Employee centric organization that takes care of their team members.

Cons

The only con was having the main locations all in Texas, and that was all Covid related.

Little training, low pay, same expectation regardless if volume quadruple with help
