While we’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed Exeter’s training programs, we’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our Compensation and Benefits offerings. Our Benefits team works hard to regularly evaluate our offerings and to minimize employee costs. Currently, we offer three medical plans with varying deductible rates. If you would like to share more specific feedback about the confusion around your compensation, please reach out to HR@exeterfinance.com. We are always eager to improve our processes. We appreciate your feedback, and we wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoy our employee benefits, pay structure, remote work environment and employee recognition programs. However, we’re sorry to hear about the cons you listed. That’s never the experience we want for any team member, and we aim to provide employees with the tools they need to maintain a healthy work-life balance. If you would like to share more about your perspective, please reach out to your HR business partner or share comments anonymously in the next Employee Engagement survey.

We appreciate your feedback. In tandem with regularly evaluating compensation to ensure all employees are paid competitively and fairly, we also closely monitor workload within roles. Earlier this year, we initiated a project to improve the workload and operations of our operations manager. Thanks to feedback like yours, we have implemented several changes that will enable our managers to spend more time coaching and developing their team members and less time on systems’ processes. We appreciate your years of service with our company, and we wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors.
