Pros

Some teams are willing to embrace change and easier access to senior leaders than some larger companies. Most VP+ level staff seems well deserving of their roles.

Cons

Some teams still work in a silo and are resistant to change, there is a bit of territorial-ism within certain teams. There are several Director level roles that I question how how they obtained those positions.

Nothing good ,management is a joke. No morale.

Cons

Worst company to work for. Not only a bad company for salary and morale, but now they are taking away benefits.

"The Only Thing That Is Constant Is Change"

Pros

Exposure to start-up challenges. Not a boring place to work, that's for sure.

Cons

Feeling that if you're not part of the "inner circle" you will not go far. Constant changes in management focus makes it difficult to plan too far ahead.
