Pros

Our job functions were clear and exciting when I began working for the company. We were given a list of expectations at the beginning of each month, and we worked as a team to exceed the expectations. It was a team orientated and goal driven environment that allowed for a sense of cohesive production within the company.

Cons

No direction. The expectations were changed weekly, never allowing for anyone to truly understand their job expectations. Management had no idea what was going on, corporate seemed to be trying everything to boost productivity, ever rwminding us that we were expendable.

Pros

7-4 shift...not to far from my house

Cons

Everything else... I really don't like it at Exeter! The morale is low... They treat us like we are in prison at Rikers Island... So robotic... Can't make any script your own... Super micromanaging... Super low pay... The bonuses are a joke!!!!! I would like to see the CEO survive off of the current customer service/collections rep salary. I'm miserable and dread going there everyday. Management is lazy and really should be regular reps. As soon as I find something else I'm gone!

Pros

People are really nice to you during the interview and hiring process. Free cheap coffee and tea. Covered parking.

Cons

This company will use you and then dispose of you. They claim that their employees are like family but they will let you go if you make a mistake or if you don’t pick up super fast. Benefits have very high deductibles. Compensation is lower than average. Horrible perks and no freebies. People do not greet you in hallways and outside of the company. Super high turn over. Whenever their budget is low, they start cutting employees.
