Exeter Finance was a great company to work for under previous management. great pay, great benefits, great people to work with. I really enjoyed coming to work every day

Cons

Under the new management and CEO you were made to feel like you didn't matter within the company Tom Anderson came in swiftly shut down all 48 branches. He also gave interviews to several different publications stating the computers were smarter than the employees that had already built the company that he just walked into and ruined. He also berated employees through a company wide email for not being able to make it in during an ice storm.

I loved coming in everyday to work. I loved Exeter.. They were my hero's.. Mgmt cared about us.. Showed us how appreciative they were of our hard work... IT WAS 1 BIG HAPPY FAMILY!!!

And then , Tom Anderson came through the doors.. And all hell broke lose!
