Pros

Young, growing company with great potential. Efforts being made to change the culture.

Cons

Too much nepotism!!!!! If you are a friend or family member of someone in a leadership position you not only get opportunities that others don't, but you are treated differently! If you are from Santander then you also get opportunities that others don't, you may even get a job even if you are not qualified. There is very little diversity on the leadership team....everyone looks the same and thinks the same. Many managers also have very bad or no managing skills

Pros

There are alot of good hourly employees that work here!

Cons

Let best buying manager quit and never held other 2 accountable. Very poor leadership on the buying side. Funding director and funding managers cared more about the credit employees then did ANY of the managers on the buying side excluding the one they let quit. Even when the buying managers bosses were contacted they were of no help either. Company rolled out new Employee Culture but never talked about the hourly employees at all. Company let's other employees talk bad about co-workers in front of dealers with no consequences. Company cares very little for the hourly employees.

Pros

Company is becoming very competitive and leading edge. As a front line leader there is a lot of latitude to lead in your own style as long as results are tangible.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. Little chance of promotion. Director level funding managers are the worst leaders I've ever worked with, unprofessional and intimidation style of leadership.
