Its great you get PTO, But darn they won't even let you take your PTO. See everyone is walking out. The stress is unbearable. Even a robot would have broke down. I don't understand why they even offer PTO. They really don't like to promote within the company. They give you all kinds of excuses why. They change the policies on a daily basis. No one can work under that kind of stress. Even a robot would have broke down,

Pros

Location is convenient if living outside of the City. The ground floor employees have a genuine desire to bring success to the company.

Cons

Management constantly (literally) reminding you that you are replaceable. Very "call center" mentality for a company based on financial solutions and lending. Complete lack of communication throughout the entire company Shady and unethical business practices when having to address payroll issues, of any sort. Absolutely no room for growth as almost all hiring is done from outside of the company.
