They pay salary on time

Cons

* Bad HR Team, they don't respond to emails until and unless we cc our HR Manager * They not fixing up the process but simply hiring people, so many people are on the bench * It is no more a company, it has become like a training institute, wasting engineer's time, not giving practical work rather they waste time keeping training sessions which is for no use * I am here for 4 months, I see no difference between my exp and seniors who are on the bench, both of them attend training and do nothing whole day. * Management is not proactive, they are not mapping profiles properly

Pros

Compare to HR department, recruitment team is helping a lot.

Cons

Management is telling that company don't have budget to give performance hikes to engineers. They are telling that company is in loss. Managers Giving 2%-4% performance hikes to top performers. Company is going to close with in short period. Please don't join here. HR department is to worst. They will not respond email and calls. Hardware top management (VP's and Director's and HR managers)who is in Bangalore location they are cheating CEO by giving false information about engineers.

Pros

Flexibility of work, freedom to share your thoughts and opinions. Good For Freshers to start a career. Salary best in the market. Best Location. Nice HR people.

Cons

Pure Service base company. Not a single bit serious about you career. Staffing and consultancy firm only. They will do the marketing of the company like it is product base organization when you are going to join it but it will follow the same processes like other service base organization. Mostly Test and Verification work. Experienced developer could be deployed on validation work. If you ready to take risk with your career , join this company.
