The people working at Eximius make you feel like they are doing a favour on you by paying you your salary even after you work and slog at the job you do. No support at all on work floor and still do not give you decent response when in time of need. They are the best example for using and throwing staff. Top management will come to office only for laughing and joking. No proper response from top management. Many people are sitting on bench. No updates on upcoming projects.

Many engineers are sitting on bench from past 1 year. Even though no work we need to complete 9 hours. No performance hikes. No information about upcoming projects. Simply coming and going. Top management sits in USA. In India director's are not supporting Verification team. No support from director's. Director's will not respond calls and emails. Lot of engineers are sitting on bench. Management is not supporting engineers. No proper HR policies. HR managers will not respond to emails. Compare to HR managers, recruitment team is helping engineers. They hired engineers for bangalore location, suddenly manager told engineers to go to Hyderabad location. Recruitment manager and recruiters are forcing engineers to go to Hyderabad location.
