Colleagues are supportive. Nothing great about this company.

Cons

Micro-management, most of employees are on bench after joining, no work-life balance, no job security, anyone can be asked to leave any day, worst HR department ever seen, many more.

Better pay. Good clients. Responsible management. Company that has zeal to grow it's reputation with the sort of work they do. Try hard to get projects and new clients. Thanks to the management for working towards the growth of the employees.

Cons

I think, company should get more clients, then employee doesn't have to worry about the next project.

1. Good management 2. DV Manager (Santhosh) is a good person, he treats everyone as same, gives equal preference to everyone. 3. Managers are working hard to place everyone into Projects 4. work culture is good 5. HR team is good 6. It depends on the individual how they accept failures and success, learn as much as possible, interact with everyone, share knowledge and get knowledge.

Cons

as far as I haven't seen any flaws, every company has pros and cons, better set your expectations with management before joining the company.
