CEO is cool and good but not all managers are like this. For me it's the most pathetic place up till now

Pros

If you get good people u might get to learn. There is no as such good thing about the company except for you luck. Many of the reviews are also requested one. Management asked for good reviews

Cons

Management is pathetic. Doesn't know how to talk to employees. Egoestic and chauvinist. Wives of management will get job even without interviews and will get projects also. Management doesn't bother about employees. Female employees especially stay away as security might also be at risk. Managers just cannot stand employees questioning them. Very much controlling and dominating even if they don't know anything.
