They always provides some kind of activities apart from only addicting to work which will enforce some kind of refreshment. They have good vission and mission in order to develop thier company and also gives preferences to employee's career growth

You can't manage a co from overseas. Bad management/misleading hiring team. Unethical approach after joining. Filled with politics
