Pros

Fun work environment, attention to detail, lots of energy, many benefits and perks for employees, delicious food, amazing Fitness Center and tons of free classes, child care center (though it tends to be full), onsite health center, parties to celebrate company milestones

Cons

Large company that's run like a small company, managers in some departments aren't qualified, many promotions are based on who you know, don't internally post jobs or like to promote

Pros

Hires on employees as company and doesn't contract through a different company. Able to delegate what times you work on scheduled work days. Several bonus' through out the year.

Cons

Doesn't promote based on performance and progression, but rather by years of experience regardless of work ethic. Doesn't pay employees near what other similar companies pay for the same duties. Cut overtime, but want you to make more timely repairs than before.
