Pros

Zero accountability - You don't have to come to work or do your job. The culture of this company is to take as much for yourself as you can. Inflated pay - To attract people, they need to over pay. Most industry experienced people stay clear of this company.

Cons

Once you work here, it will be a black mark on your resume that will not considered favorable throughout the rest of the industry. Good Ole Boy system is alive and well in this company. While the rest of the industry has shaken this practice off 20 years ago, the Good Ole Boy system is stronger than ever in this company. Unsafe, you might get seriously injured. Vice Presidents only care about lining their own pockets and compromise the safety of employees to do so.
