      Generous severance packages Generous PTO Awesome 401k match (not so awesome when matched with poor pay) Golden hand cuffs

      Culture is Terrible a. Elitism b. Favoritism c. Clicks d. Poor performance e. Don't give a flip f. What is in it for me g. Social loafing h. No integrity I. Hide the problem j. Not my problem k. Lack of communication l. Demoralizing company performance The only cure is eliminating the suckers and making some money for everybody. Constant threat of layoff (this might be a pro) No space for promotion --7 years of company shrink and the future is still bleak Management ignores bad behavior Poor performance is gold plated and rewarded from the top down.
