Pros

Training available for computer programs, etc. Good benefits, compensation and vacation time. New bereavement leave. Great Restaurants and Fitness Center. Annual sick leave replenishment.

Cons

Core values, Metrics, Corporate Mumbo-Jumbo. Lack of experience in Upper Management/Supervisors. Recent layoffs caused severe loss of experienced, knowledgeable people. Some of the recently promoted supervisors have let the "power" go to their heads and employees tend to feel micro-managed.

Pros

The pro's are the benefits (15% 401K match), the restaurants and the gym. I also really enjoyed the location of the campus in NW Oklahoma City.

Cons

All of the departments are stove piped which has led to many inefficiencies. Also the hypocrisy of the new "core values" is comical.
