Pros

Benefits are great, culture is open and friendly, campus is beautiful, company is back on the rise.

Cons

Management WAS misguided and inefficient. No company-wide policies for structuring of departments. Doug Lawler did good job on cleaning house.

Pros

Good benefits, gym, restaurants, etc. They have spent money to ensure that employees have opportunities to stay healthy and such.

Cons

A little bit of micromanagement. Supervisors are very much involved in your daily life, but on the other token seem to be available for the most part for questions.

Pros

One of the best companies I've ever worked for. Allowed me the opportunity to build and develop my own department. Great leadership and wonderful co-workers. Team effort all the way around.

Cons

Never ending 60-70 hour work weeks. Felt like we were going 100 miles/hour every day.
