Great people to work with, a lot of room to be creative

Pros

Dynamic company with seemingly unlimited budget. Any idea out of the box was accepted as a good idea, and many goals were accomplished.

Cons

Too many young suits running around with nothing to do.

All bells and whistles

Pros

Nice benefits package, loads of bonuses throughout the year, parking was usually pretty easy.

Cons

VERY LOW pay, played 'favorites' with employees - no matter how unethical the "ass kissing" was, your ability to play the corporate politics game dictates how far you go in the company. Even though there are a lot of "perks" to working there (food, fitness center, parties, etc.) once you get rid of the bells and whistles you realize that CHK is operating at a very morally bankrupt level and they care FAR more about the bottom line and public image than their employees.

Pros

Great culture, amazing campus, extremely great benefits. 15% match of 401k, bonus and comp review twice a year, health bonus, Christmas bonus and so on. Providing lots of training, great people to work with.

Cons

None at this time. It has been a great 3 and a half years for me.
