Pros

Salary is great and benefits are unmatched. OKC campus is an amazing environment, with fitness center, two auditoriums that double as movie theaters and four very good restaurants. Off at noon on Fridays during the summer due to "Summer Hours" program (9 hour days M - Th)

Cons

IT infrastructure can be a bit patchy due to rapid growth, but efforts are being made to improve this.

Pros

Excellent benefits and compensation. 1k bonus for having good health, 250-500 for Thanksgiving, bonuses in June and December that can range up to 3k, stock, and salary increases. Up to 240 hours of vacation time and 80 hours of sick leave (you start out with 96 hours vacation and 80 hours sick, and 8 hours paid off for your birthday) Culture where employees feel like they are a major part of their community The company name association gets you a lot of attention in state of Oklahoma Wonderful lower level and mid level leadership Campus feel is great World class fitness center Plenty of help available for work matters, health matters, and personal matters

Cons

None at this time. It has been a great year and a half for me.
