Great company to work for

Pros

Fare with their compensation. Flexible, to your personal life. A lot of people was able to work 1 or 2 days less every week, relocate or work from home 50% of the time, due to personal reasons. Very smart people. Good benefits

Cons

There is not a clear career path. If you work at it, have frequent conversations, network, and you are good at what you do, you will grow. If not, it is hard.

Pros

Travel is a fun industry and there is constant change.

Cons

There is a cult of management turnaround and disrespect for employees. The CEO is unethical in his treatment of leadership and the company is disrespectful towards diverse talent

Pros

Location is nice if you live on the north side - nice to have a job in this economy. Some people were nice.

Cons

Compensation could have been better; loose procedures; stiff hierarchical culture.
