Pros

Expedia has a strong work-life balance with flexible schedules, remote/hybrid options, and generous PTO. We enjoy discounted travel and internal credits for hotel bookings. Since Expedia has a global presence we get to collaborate with international teams which offers learning opportunities and a global mindset.

Cons

One of the main con is low stock options

Pros

My team was focused on action and delivery, and the management was super supportive. My tenure was limited by contract, but I enjoyed my time there immensely.

Cons

It's such a large company that sometimes the decisions made at the top levels don't seem to take into account the teams doing the work. One team I was on had to cut almost all of its contractors (half the team) and struggled to keep up with expectations afterward.
