Pros

I can completely be myself at Expedia and I really value the opportunities that have been given to me for training, learning and development. The mentorship program is a huge plus and it does not feel hierarchical - people can really make an impact and feel heard. The offices and perks are incredible and even after 3 years, I pinch myself walking into the Angel Building in London - the roof terrace in particular is an outstanding selling point, providing panoramic views of the city and a place to connect with colleagues. Leadership is communicative and transparent, meaning that employees feel valued and trusted.

Cons

Being such a large global business, there are often time-zone challenges and fewer opportunities to connect in-person with teams.
