Pros

- Great people (everyone is young, looking to have a good time) - Investment in sales training

Cons

You will get fired if you do not meet your monthly quotas, regardless of tenure. Church and burn sales. Highly mircomanaged with managers breathing down your back all the time. Everything down to the number of dials you make is tracked.

Cons

there are not many downsides of working at CheetahMail. if you do not immerse yourself with the business and your clients' needs, you will not go far.
