Pros

They actually want to make you into a good sales person External and internal training are very impressive Good people who are driven and know how to have fun Complex sale is great if you want to truly learn a solution sale at a young age All reps travel so even inexperienced people get to do face 2 face meetings If you truly want to be a good salesperson this a great place to start your career Top performers get promoted and continually challenged

Cons

Lack of work life balance Quota is tough to achieve if you are an inexperienced sales person Very young management team means that many mistakes are made and internal promotions mean viewpoint is a little myopic Job is lower paying and harder than most other jobs in the bay area

Pros

Great place to learn, great place to start. Such a niche kind of marketing that if you stay here for a year or so, you're guaranteed in-house job almost anywhere.

Cons

Not a great work-life balance. You are the slave to the client - though enough ot to gain for when you do have work-life balance.
