Pros

Interesting work Challenging Room for growth Good vacation

Cons

There's little concern about employees working too much overtime. I'm really burned out and looking for a better situation at another company.

Pros

great employees. lots of young intelligent people. the average age is prbably under 30 years old. there is a strong social scene within the company and its easy to make friends. from the sales side you gt to control the whole sales cycle and managers are very collaborative with strategy.

Cons

long working hours. its a 730 start till about 6pm. its a hard sell with plenty of cold calling and lots of kpis. The base salary is not the highest but the commissions are uncapped so earnings have the potential to be high. there is a pretty high churn rate although this is always getting better
