Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experiences. We value the opportunity to address your concerns and hopefully an opportunity to turn your 2 rating in to 5. We're committed to making Experian a truly exceptional place to work, and we're proud of our global 4.3 star glassdoor rating. Pleased to hear you value our benefits however it's disheartening to hear you feel there are several areas of improvement. We have a safe environment to vocialise any concerns, small or big, with HR or ideally direrctly with leadership. If you haven't done so already I'd certainly recommend doing so. Alternatively, I'd love to understand your points of view in more detail and assist. Please reach out to me, in the strictest of confidence, on doug.kelsall@experian.com to expand on your feedback, thanks.

Pros

Experian has improved over the years, genuinely increasing customer centricity, accountability and is working to overcome some of the barriers associated with being a large and complex business,

Cons

There is still a lot that doesn't work as it ought to (systems can be cumbersome and databases we rely upon are not always as joined up as they should be). In my opinion, Experian wastes some of its money on what I would call vanity projects. There are many initiatives that are not robustly linked to real business success outcomes.
