Pros

They had good benefits and pay.

Cons

I worked during the late pandemic 2020-2021 time frame, so for a job that gave you access to a lot of people's personal info it was probably not the best in a work from home environment. They also had ridiculous over time requirements. And to be honest, I learned I wasn't the best person for taking constant cold calls from customers who were mad about their identity or credit alerts.
