Pros

This is a great company to work with opportunities for growth. Benefits were excellent and the vision of the company transcended across the entire organization

Cons

Corporate mission and values were handled with mixed commitment. On the one hand, innovation and excellence were encouraged; but on the other hand, all decisions were driven top down and entrepreneurial spirit was stifled. As a result the field operations became almost robotic.

Pros

Talented people. Reasonable benefits. Starting to see some initiatives for improving the company culture

Cons

Red tape madness. Lack of strategy. Leaders make uninformed decisions, and due to cash-strapped budgeting and massive under resourcing, those poor decisions cause a ricochet effect of chaos on the ground.
