Pros

- Open & friendly workplace. - Interesting & complex products. - Good environment for continuous learning. - People are generally responsive to requirements you might have. As a new starter I found out that, although the onboarding experience is quite hectic, peers generally act quickly to help you integrate.

Cons

- Outdated hardware. - Too much bureaucracy. - Too many meetings. - Too many administrative tools. - No single source of truth, information that is relevant company-wide is spread all over the place. - Not always provided with the adequate tools to do your job.
