Pros

College gets paid if it's related to something you study after a year. There are opportunities to grow inside the company.

Cons

Your schedule can change even if you don't want to even if you have good metrics. You can apply for a different job or grow in the company after a year, even though you have 11 months working.

Pros

Really productive culture, there are no time wasters and you get out what you put in. There are fantastic opportunities for career growth. Friendly colleagues who are happy to spend their time helping others. Not a hierarchical place to work. Diverse range of people and skills.

Cons

Very corporate environment in the London office, lots of emphasis on networking. Matrix can be difficult to navigate.
