      Pros

      The CS BI team is a great working place for everyone. Since it is a rather new team, it has plenty of opportunities of growth for both personal and department. The management offers lots of opportunities for involvement in projects and training of new skills. They focus to train and equip the staff with necessary knowledge to perform daily tasks and beyond. Individuals also been identified and given the proper training of the skills of management. There is never a lack of opportunity in ones’ career path. The company also offer good salary and benefit package. People in the team are nice and helpful too.

      Cons

      Some HR and Finance processes are too slow and inefficient.

      Very collaborative environment, with some incredibly clever and nice people Company that tries to do well by its people, despite its growth Innovative, creative and ambitious Diverse and inclusive environment People are accessible, whatever their level

      Cons

      The matrix structure makes for silo'd parts of the organisation Incredibly fast paced environment. If change is not for you, this is not the company for you. There's so much work to be done, so many opportunities that you could work 24/7 and still not get things done. You have to step back and be assertive to protect yourself. As with any big organisation, there's a risk of bureaucracy.
