Pros

From entry level roles to the Managing Director, the Australian team has a lot of passion for success and a lot of respect for each other. Get to work with a lot of different industries and different clients Recognition of good and high performance Current local leaders are bought in and care

Cons

Pay can be a little below market rate. Super contribution matching and share saving scheme are great, as are bonus/commission schemes.
