Pros

I met great people working here, friends that I carry for life. Interesting products, good market share, a lot of company perks (even though those have substantially decrease over the past few years), innovative initiatives.

Cons

A lot of product decisions are take by valuing more the results than clients and ethics. Senior leadership closes their eyes and just say to bring the results.
