Really is a good place to work but hamstrung a little by slow processes and siloed teams
Pros
- hybrid working - big corporate company big family friendly feel - great people and a company that tries its best to stick to values - good pay and benefits - lots of opportunity to develop and move into different roles - some great products and strong leadership - nice offices
Cons
- need to try get people in the office once a week. No need for more than that but think it contributes to slow progress and the human element is important - slow to innovate and develop new products and props than what it should be. Yes it’s a big company and yes you have to do the relevant checks from and compliance and risk perspective but you’re losing ground on competitors - I think the sales and marketing orgs need a shake up, a little too set in their ways and need a fresh approach and perspective
