even when there are multiple ticketing system, many work came from email request by clients.

Benefits are satisfactory for U.S. employees

Cons

SME knowledge and loyalty not valued by upper management. All to bottom dollar and no communication in town halls to show how company is making the bottom dollar especially when it is by relocating staffing changes out of U.S.
