      If you’re not a member of the family you are nothing. Pay no attention to their canned responses to reviews. All lies.

      Small Company Feel...Large Company Innovation

      Pros

      Experitec is the local business partner for Emerson's Automation Solutions business unit. Experitec is a great place to work. The local business partner model allows you to have the freedom's and family oriented feel of small company while having the technological innovation of Emerson. The main focus of Experitec is to improve their customer's processes and make their customers facilities safer. The leadership is very engaged and allow for their employees to write through own path toward success. I highly recommend Experitec as a place to work for anyone that is willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Experitec expects the most out of their employees. The only con is that the business can consume a lot of your time and you may find yourself putting in a lot of hours to achieve your goals. Therefore the work/life balance can be difficult at times. However the rewards are plentiful with the hard work that is put in.

      Pros

      Great people, family atmosphere, strong management culture, commitment to developing and growing employees from within, lots of opportunities to expand your skills.

      Cons

      Location is not the greatest if you're looking for a vibrant, downtown campus, but it's convenient to everything in the valley
