      A Great Career

      Pros

      I was employed by Experitec for many years and had the opportunity to move into several different positions. I felt that I was supported by my managers in each of those positions and was given the chance to grow, learn and excel. Experitec strives to provide a balance between work and personal life.

      Cons

      Sometimes that balance is not achieved due to the nature of our business. Sometimes the work (especially project work) can't be a nice 50/50 balance and some managers could handle that better.

      A Valuable Life Experience

      Pros

      Experitec has a caring, family-type environment where one is not just a nameplate in a cubicle. I always felt like my input was valued, that I was integral to the success of the company. Employees are provided with the tools/equipment needed to be productive and are encouraged to give back to the community through many company-sponsored activities. Experitec's core values are firmly embedded in every facet of the company.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be difficult to balance personal time with project/work deadlines and company expectations.

      Pros

      Experitec provides a work environment that encourages constant growth and learning. People who are self directed will do well and have an excellent long term career. The solutions we provide are industry leading and I've seen over and over again where the customer's needs are put first. It's an organization with great integrity and a place that I am proud to work.

      Cons

      We have experienced a lot of growth which is good but also strains the organization. Often new people are not added until the current employees are stretched very thin. But the good news is new folks are being added and for the most part people understand that management wants to be fiscally responsible and not over-hire which could then result in a layoff.
